Akaroa Salmon is available at the Wainui wharf to those who are lucky enough to experience it. These fish are only minutes out of the water and are among the freshest fish you will find. The boat arrives at the wharf Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and whole fish can be purchased with cash only. The arrival times vary according to weather conditions and harvest size but 8.50am is a good time to arrive. (may vary 8.30am-9.45am) Find the Wharf on Google Maps
